Pure Cardio was todays workout and it was exactly what it said it was one solid 25 minute cardio cicuit along with an intense 10 minute warm up plus the stretching and cooldown, another great workout i think i am already seeing a tiny bit of results in my stomach even after just 5 days but that makes sense with how much it has been making me sweat.
sometime in the next few days ill be making another blog just for this workout and other health related things that i try to keep this blog mostly about beer pong so ill post a link to that in the next few days if anyone is interested in following it.

INSANITY Day 4
Ok today was the "Cardio Recovery" disk. now from the title that sounds like an easy day and compared to the others so far it was but do not let the name fool you! Just because it is cardio recovery day does not mean they are letting everything else recover too, it just means you wont be moving as much lol you still do a ton of yoga poses that you must hold for extended amounts of time.

Day 3 of INSANITY
OK i just finished day 3 of the INSANITY workout and yes i was once again sweating balls by the end of the warm up lol. Just thought that i would add that i weighed myself before the workout today since i didn't do it before day one, and i was at 228 pounds. I am just going to use that as my starting weight since its still close enough to day one.
I have also attached my fitness test results from day one here, i have to repeat the test every two weeks i think, so i will update and show everyone if i am making any progress or not. Even if no one gives a damn about it i think it might help me to have it up on the Internet so people could critique it if they felt so inclined and hopefully that will help keep me motivated!

INSANITY!
Ok so my and one of my roommates started doing the "INSANITY" workout from beachbody.com yesterday and i will say this is a damn good cardio workout. Just after the warm up you will be sweating your ass off! The workout is 2 months long so lets see if i can stay motivated to finish it, i have done the P90X workout also from beachbody.com and it was also a great work out but i only made it through one month of the three... anyway ill keep my progress updated on here and maybe that will be enough to push me through the whole two months wish me luck! better yet just beat my ass if i quit!
