In Food Challenges Im 2 For 2!

So on Sunday some friends of mine wanted to go to Alice Coopers Town in downtown Phoenix> after i got off work and raced to make it there on time i sit down and realize they are setting up lights and the cameras to film part of an episode of Man Vs. Food. The Challenge they offer at Alice Coopers Town is called "The Big Unit Challenge" it is a 22" hot dog loaded with the works. I dont remember what all was on top of this thing but it had chili, cheese, sauerkraut, onions, bacon pieces and probably more. It also came with two sides, when the four of us finally ordered ours we just got random sides because we didn't care but i ended up getting fries and baked beans one of my friends got mandarin oranges(lol) and another guy also got mashed potatoes.

We wanted to challenge Adam but he never walked around the restaurant so we didn't get our chance and i have since found out that he wasn't there for the actual challenge, Alice Coopers Town is just going to be one of the other restaurants he goes to in the episode the actual challenge will be the "Ultimate Jewish Sliders Challenge" at Chompies in Tempe. Either way we loaded our sides onto the hot dog and timed ourselves, i finished in 12 minutes and 30 seconds, Jesse finished right after me at about 12:38, Daniel got very close but ended up throwing in the towel and Eddie only made it slightly over half way! The Hot dog was really good which it better of been for $19 and we were pretty disappointed we didn't get to challenge Adam but overall we had a great time!

Ohh and right after me and Jesse were done racing to see who could finish first most of the bar started cheering for us and they were also waiting to see if we were going to finish because after we did everyone around us left lol. Several people also asked to take pictures of our food before we started eating too.

And now for my pictures!

12:30 later and im all done!
