INSANITY Day 5

Pure Cardio was todays workout and it was exactly what it said it was one solid 25 minute cardio cicuit along with an intense 10 minute warm up plus the stretching and cooldown, another great workout i think i am already seeing a tiny bit of results in my stomach even after just 5 days but that makes sense with how much it has been making me sweat.

sometime in the next few days ill be making another blog just for this workout and other health related things that i try to keep this blog mostly about beer pong so ill post a link to that in the next few days if anyone is interested in following it.
